Matthew is a Catholic convert for over 20 years and has had a devotion to Saint Pio ever since Padre Pio was canonized in 2002. He is a technology entrepreneur specializing in logistics.
In 2018, after received a call from the Saint Pio Foundation regarding providing tracking technology to monitor the location of the relics of Saint Pio that the foundation carries in tour both nationally and internationally, he become more familiar with the work of the Saint Pio Foundation, and upon moving to the UK, and learning the intent of the foundation to expand its inspiring work in other countries, especially in north of Europe, he accepted the role as a foundation's coordinator in the UK.
With over two decades of experience in GPS and IoT solutions, Matthew is a seasoned expert in real-time supply chain visibility and tracking technologies. Currently working as a Consultant, Matthew helps companies identify and implement cutting-edge tracking solutions, authoring industry-leading best practice guides.
Previously, Matthew held a Sales Director position at Frigga Realtime Cold Chain Tracking, where they provided crucial support to EMEA and China-based teams, spearheading successful product launches, managing RFPs, and showcasing innovative tracking solutions at key international events.
From 2021 to 2022, Matthew served as UK & Ireland Sales Director at Tive, Inc, where they launched Tive’s real-time tracking solution to the UK market. Matthew worked with notable clients such as Rolls Royce and The National Gallery, providing expert consultation and participating as a speaker on supply chain visibility at major industry events.
In 2010, Matthew founded a number of solutions for package and cargo tracking, delivering GPS solutions to high-profile clients such as Riot Games, Samsung, and Lindt Chocolate. These businesses were later merged with Tive, Inc in 2021.
As well as being involved with Saint Pio Foundation, Matthew is also a Patron of the Captain Cook Museum, Whitby, United Kingdom and a volunteer librarian at the Brompton Oratory, London, United Kingdom. Matthew is also a member of the Roman Catholic lay organization, The Catenians.
